Privacy Policy

What data is collected

I collect only what's needed to sell plugins, sample packs, and keep you updated if you sign up:

  • Plugin purchases and accounts: Handled by Moonbase, which is the merchant of record. When you buy a plugin or create an account, Moonbase collects your name, email, and payment details. I can see your email and purchase history but not your payment card.
  • Newsletter sign-ups: If you sign up to hear about new releases, your email is stored by Moonbase.
  • Sample pack purchases: Handled by Gumroad. They collect your email and payment details for the transaction.
  • Server logs: The web host keeps basic access logs (IP address, pages visited, browser type) for security and troubleshooting. These are deleted automatically after a short period.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses only essential cookies and local storage for login sessions and checkout. There are no advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts.

Your rights

If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to:

  • Access your data and get a copy of it
  • Correct any inaccurate information
  • Delete your data (where legally possible)

To make a request, email hello@wermus.now with "Privacy request" in the subject. I'll respond within 30 days. For data held by Moonbase or Gumroad, you can also contact them directly.

Data retention

Purchase records are kept as long as needed for licensing, refunds, and legal requirements. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are deleted automatically within 30 days.

Children

This site is not aimed at anyone under 13, and I don't knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
